Is there any way to report or forward a message received from another user?

Today I received a strange message from a user who just signed up with Ebay today.  It appears to be related to another site but is so poorly worded that I believe it is fake.  It surely would not be approved by Ebay.  I remember that there used to be a simple way to report inappropriate messages, but it appears that is gone, and there is no way to forward one.  Is that correct?  Should I just forget it and figure Ebay will find it?

eBay has a site

spoof@ebay.com

Forward possibly fake emails.

Hi, if the message was threatening in some way, or contained profanity or hate speech, there is a link to report the sender inside this policy page, see link below. Otherwise, if it is only strange, you could reach out to customer service via email and copy and paste it into the body of the email . You can find it at Help & Contact on just about any eBay page. Good luck with it.
