Is there a way to un-combine a shipping invoice?

A buyer has asked to cancel an item from her order (she didn't read the description) that has already been combined for shipping. She hasn't sent payment but doesn't have the option to request to cancel that individual item. I'm only seeing options to cancel the entire order... no options to cancel an individual item...

Send a new invoice and uncheck the item you're taking off. Then that item will be separate and you can cancel just that item.
