Calling is faster. It Takes longer to get help through the Facebook page.

Calling eBay customer support is a nightmare. I'd rather go thru Facebook. They're not gonna reply immediately, but at least I'm not waiting on the phone

It is more important that you are in contact with a Competent customer support rep.
