Is there a way to invoice for shipping after payment has been made?

My buyer selected local pickup and was not charged for shipping.  He lives in another state and is not picking up.  He will pay for shipping, but how do I charge him?  Thank you.

Probably the easiest thing to do would be to work with the buyer and cancel the sale as a problem with buyers address. Repost the listing with a BIN option and shipping method and let him/her know as soon as the item is up and they can repurchase, pay and you can ship.

@greenbidauctions  You can send an invoice via Paypal for the shipping cost. We've only done it once before when we were first switched over to managed payments. Since we've been switched, there was no option to send an invoice, so we used Paypal.

As mentioned, you'd be better off letting the buyer know that you'll have to cancel and will relist. You could run into several problems if the item is shipped instead of picked up as per the sales record. Local pickups usually have a QR code to scan when the customer picks up. The bots might not care if you upload a tracking number on a Local Pickup order. You could create a custom listing for the buyer with the shipping included. Make sure you confirm via ebay messages his exact ship to address so you can calculate the shipping cost. Good Luck!
