Is there a way to exclude shipping locations and apply to all listings vs every listing?

FOUND IT!

Yes. I just had this problem myself and had a Customer Service person walk me through it.

1) Go to your Account

2) Click "Site Preferences"

3) Third item down "Shipping Preferences" click "show" on far right

4) #8 Exclude shipping locations from your listings - click "edit"

5) Click the boxes of places you do NOT want to ship to.

6) Underneath that, click the little box that says "Apply to all current live listings"

7) Click the "Apply" at the bottom.

That should do it. Good luck!
