Hi There, I want to end ALL of my promoted listing but it seems that I have to do one at a time, which is tedious and time consuming. Is there a way to end all or multiple promoted listings at once? I can't seem to find a way to do that.
Thanks!

You can use the drop down menu to pause, end, delete or edit your promoted listings. If you have multiple categories of promoted listings, you may have to end each one but it is quick and easy.
Follow the above advice. Here's a direct link:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/mktg/pl
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Next to any active campaigns you'll see Edit in the actions column with an arrow next to it. Click the arrow to expand the action choices then you'll see an option to End.
You can end the campaigns today, but if anybody that clicked on one of your promoted listings within the past 30 days makes a purchase, you will still be charged the ad rate that was in place when they clicked. Don't be surprised if you get some ad fees over the next 30 days.

Pretty Sure you can use the Bulk editing Tool, But I think you will still have to do it page by page.

What @chevymontecarlo88 said is correct. In fact, I just ended mine, which are over 1000 listings, in 2 seconds. The Advertising Dashboard is how I've always done it.

It is not intuitive but it's possible if you do what chevymontecarlo88 suggests.
