Is the 50% return deduction only available to Top Rated Sellers?

I just lost Top Rated due to circumstances that were out of my control. I still have free 30-day returns on most of my listings. Do I still have the ability to deduct?

Hi, yes, as long as you still offer 30-Day free returns, you will still be able to deduct up to 50% on items that are returned in a condition different than they were sent. This option isn't limited to TRS sellers, you only have to offer free returns.
