I've heard about it, but the link that I've found on this 2019 announcement (https://community.ebay.com/t5/Announcements/Fulfill-your-sales-faster-and-cost-effectively-with-Mana...), www.ebay.com/manageddelivery, doesn't work.
I heard that you can sell digital products on eBay and have them automatically fulfilled... but am having trouble figuring out how to do this.
Any insights are appreciated.
Thanks!

ebay pulled the plug on that before it even got rolling
I think they realized that amazon beat them to it and had all the infrastructure for it
ebay does decent job with international delivery but the USA thing never got off the ground

According to these articles, it was a pilot program and eBay "closed" it.

I found this information by Googling "eBay managed delivery".

Aside from the defunct managed delivery. I don't know where you heard that you can sell digially delivered items, but ebay doesn't allow the sale of digitally delivered goods. Unless you sell them inEverything Else > Information Products category in the classified ad format or are an approved seller and no copyrights are infringed.

Digitally delivered goods are a no no on Ebay:
