Is it me, or is the ebay markdown program poorly written?

Seems to be a lot of bugs.  One that's particularly annoying is that when you move an item from one promotion to another, it still keeps the item under the old promotion.  Another is that you can't launch a promotion with empty discount categories.

Last time I did markdown promotion was probably just over a year ago. I just recently did a couple promotions and it wasn't anything like I remembered. When I created the new promotions all of the sudden hundreds of items "popped" up showing they were part of multiple promo's and had a start date of 3 years ago and ending in 2024 and 2025...

hehehe, I know not funny.  I spend an hour and a half pausing and del'ing all the OLD promos from last year, the other day.  There is no way to tag and del. You have to do them one at a time.
