I'm new to ebay selling and as a 2nd order i met USA buyer. He is messaging to me and ask any type of items for him with good price buying over and over. He brought all items i have listed and he message me and ask for more. I received payments to paypal with hold. I already shipped items he has brought from me and also added tracking. Can him be a scammer?. ...
(maybe will he ask for refund or telling to me broken items or something like that? )
He has 120 pos feedback since 2018 and no negative feedbacks. should i sell more and more or should i stop this ?

Sounds like some one reselling the items to me.
With shipping delays I hope they get their items..
Scammers usually go for high dollar items.

Always make sure you login to PayPal to check if payment is REALLY there. Don't just trust an e-mail - there are some very good fake e-mails.
Also, buyers can not get negative feedback - all buyers only have positive feedback.

ANY buyer on eBay can be a scammer. It does not matter where they are located, what they bought, or for how much. Buyer IDs only have 100% feedback, and we are not allowed to see what they may have purchased in the past.
If an ebay buyer wants your item for free, this is the easiest place to do it. eBay will even help them out at your expense. Luckily, not all buyers are crooks, and most sales go through without issue.
Read here. learn here, and sell according to your own personal risk tolerance.

Hi, as a new seller, i know you are subject to PayPal holds on your funds. Just make sure the funds are present in your account prior to shipping. Never click on links in a text or email to check your PayPal account. Always use your computer browser and log in directly to PayPal to see that the payment is there.
As long as the money shows up in your account, you are probably okay. There is nothing wrong with being cautious though. Scams can still happen if the buyer opens a Not As Described claim in order to defraud a seller. Fortunately, most buyers are honest. If i were you, i would take it slow in the beginning, until you have established yourself. Like the other poster said, only you know what your risk tolerance is.
Good luck to you, and congratulations on your sales. Keep us posted on your progress here in the forum. Wish you much success.

Hi, again. I thought on your situation a little more, and took a look at your items. You are drop-shipping unbranded items from China, and you are in Sri Lanka. How many of these items does your US buyer want you to supply? I ask, because these items are readily available on Ebay from thousands of listings. Any buyer can purchase them now on eBay, some for less than your asking price. Why has this buyer targeted you? The items are not unique. So I would question their motives at this time.
