Is ebay sending discount offers to watchers or viewers?

I've sold a couple of the same item recently and buyers paid the full price. I upped the price by a buck because of shipping increases and another sold today but for a $3.50 discount. I haven't sent any offers. Fees and taxes were normal. Am I missing something obvious?

My assumption is you used Seller Initiated Offers at some point and did not realize "automatically send offers" was selected. You'll have to go into the listings offers settings and disable auto-send offers.

Let us know if that fixes it.

FYI you are still advertising First Class shipping. You should update your listings to Ground Advantage.

That was it. I sent some offers a few months back and was not aware of the auto send option. I *think* I disabled it but it won't let me back into that menu now, at least not from where I was... We'll see. Thanks!

Also, there is no "best offer accepted" on the sold page which would be good. All of the other info is there.
