When I attempt to open the shipping calculator a blank page opens but never populates. Eventually it times out and states either Ebay is not responding or the page must be reloaded. When I close the window my create a listing page resets back to last save point and I lose all my changes to it. Never had this before and am wondering if it is my computer or an Ebay problem. Any suggestions out there?

When opening http://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator directly to try to work out some shipping costs?

Or when opening the same from the advanced listing form via the "Calculate Shipping" link?

Both work fine for me in Firefox 3.6.24 and Firefox 31.

Try another browser.

Yep!

The update to the Ebay app totally sucks! It took me 10 times longer to list one item!

I had to go to the website and out of the app in order to get the shipping correct in my listing.

It was in edge while listing an item. Something I have done hundreds of times.

What I noticed yesterday was that Fedex label wasn't populated at all, a blank page. I went to Fox, Chrome but nothing. Somehow manipulating my computer, God knows how I did it, it showed, but in my stupidity when I tried to print it, it call me for saving it into my files, which I did. But when I tried to pull the label from that saved spot, blank again. Finally, I changed the prompts to instead of saving it to the printer location. Problem solved.

Edge tends to have a lot of problems with eBay. Especially any time something on the site gets changed.

If it wasn't a transient glitch, is the result of eBay tinkering or an Edge update, and isn't a symptom of much larger Edge/eBay problems it is unlikely to be fixed.

If it is still occurring , what happens if you pop open a new tab and try http://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator manually? Same issue?
