Is anybody getting weird error messages when they try to list?

Now it's telling me that I cannot require buy it now when it is a local pickup only listing.

Local pickup isn't even ticked off as an option. There is a stated buyer pays shipping and everything is there....

This is the 3rd weird message today and I've only listed a few things.
