Is There Any Way of Adding a Banner Note to Your Buyers?

I've been trying to figure out how I could add a banner type of note to my buyers that says, "Please see the "About Us" section of my store for important updates."  I need to do this in bulk edit.  I tried adding a note and I'm the only one who can see it since it's "My Note".  As always, thanks for your help in advance.

You'll need to add the message to all your descriptions.

Once you figure it out, nobody will read it. Nobody reads anything. Can you make it a picture?

Yeah, I had a feeling that I was going to have to add it to each and every single one of them.  I'll just start by adding it to the items that get the most views and then take it from there.  I'm reopening my store for the first time in 6 weeks so it's going to be a LONG weekend!!!  Many thanks to you for an answer Ken!!!
