Is GSP down ?

My eBay account is enrolled in GSP (I double checked this)

But I got an order from New Zealand with New Zealand address ?

Why is this happening ?

I've shipped couple of orders to eBay KY airport hub for international orders, but this one want me to ship to New Zealand directly  with  an US domestic price ?

Can anyone shed some light on this ?

GSP does not work when you exclude countries (or entire continents...ie. Europe)

I don't think that is true. A seller does not have to sell to a gsp country if they don't want to.

If you've created exclusions to states, territories, countries or regions that you don't ship to, they'll still apply to eligible listings under the Global Shipping Program.

If you'd like the Global Shipping Program to override your shipping exclusions, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Manage Shipping Preferences - opens in new window or tab.
  2. Select Edit beside Global Shipping Program.
  3. Check the box beside Use the Global Shipping Program for new eligible listings.

Re: Is GSP down ?

System wasn't working with exclusions and 'other' international shipping options being chosen.

OP removed the other shipping options.

GSP now works.

You can't have exclusions and GSP at the same time.

If you can't have exclusions why do the help pages say that you can? Are you saying that it isn't working as it  is supposed to be right now?

You are also supposed to be able to use the GSP for some countries and a different option for other countries.

I'll be curious to see if removing the other option will fix the op's listings, it will be great if it does.  The majority of their listings right now do not have any international shipping though.

Re: Is GSP down ?

Yes, looks like removing the other option does fix my issue. But we just start getting into GSP, therefore not many listings are currently enabled .. . we are getting into GSP slowly ...  will see if any further issues coming up ?

Re: Is GSP down ?

I'm glad that it works though it still seems odd to me as I've always been under the impression that if you put other international options AND the gsp, that the gsp would always override the other options and the buyer would only see the GSP.

That's how it worked for a couple of posters in the following thread...they had both options listed but the buyers only saw the GSP. Having the second option didn't stop the GSP from showing.

https://community.ebay.com/t5/Shipping/Global-Shipping-Program-overriding-other-international-shippi...

Would you mind giving a couple of examples that didn't have the GSP showing but that now they do have it?  If not..no worries.
