Invoicing issues.

I have been trying to send an invoice for 2 days. Is anyone else having the same: error technical issues try again at a later time note?

Invoicing issues.

There is almost never a reason for a seller to send an invoice to a buyer.  eBay handles that.

Are you combining shipping for a buyer who has bought more than one item?

Are you upgrading the shipping service at the request of the buyer?

Those are the only reasons I can think of that you, the seller, would need to send an invoice.

@joande-46  - I have seen several other reports of this over in the technical issues section.

 

I don't know if it is related, but the eBay System Status page has been showing service disruptions in Billing & Payouts since yesterday as well.  https://www.ebay.com/sts/updates/1
