Invoices-and combined shipping invoices-NO FIX IN SIGHT!!!!!!

Good Evening ,

Is anyone else having this issue which has been going on since late May with no resolution!

I can not send invoices and or combined shipping invoices , called ebay opened several IT CASES NO FIX IN SIGHT!!!!!

It SUCKS for sure...just had a buyer purchase 6 items, paid for each 1 individually(cost me $.30 each~$1.80 total item fees rather than using the shopping cart which would automatically combine them plus give them FREE shipping( I have a$.30 shipping charge per item) Label cost me $3.06, after their paid shipping ($1.26 left for handling, which covers the paper, ink, envelope, etc. )the $.30 shipping per item cancels out the seller fee per item...seller hub still shows that combined shipping can happen but never does unless buyers use the shopping cart and pay for all purchases a one time, it use to automatically apply combined shipping for all individual purchases from the same buyer on the same day. 

I guess it is what it is and need to learn to live with it...😪

...from my experience as a buyer...I have to put all the items in shopping cart FIRST...then click on the top right corner of shopping cart page for "send invoice"...then wait for seller to respond...

...but just recently of my purchase few days ago...I kept clicking on "send invoice" and nothing happened...as much as I hate to be late in any payments, I went ahead sending several messages to the seller asking for combine shipping as they offered on their listings...I thought I bothered them so much...so sorry seller, my bad...!!!

...but I got the invoice after all...(eBay system is always in "hiccup" mode...)

...so my opinion on this issue is it's on the buyer's hand...
