Invoice under minimum payment?

I know there is an invoice fee if you sell something. I got an email for my September invoice, and it says I have $0.67 due. However, underneath that, it says "No payment is required at this time because your account balance is below the minimum payment of $1.00". Does this mean I don't have to pay the $0.67? Or should I go ahead and make a payment?

Thanks,

Michelle

It means no payment is required at this time.  If you want to make payment go ahead but just understand it is not required at this time.  If it was me I would go ahead and make payment.

You don't have to pay it now, but it will stay on your account as being an amount owed until you have some other fee due to Ebay that posts to equal more than $1.  Then when that bill comes due you will be expected to pay it.
