Invoice screen

When going to the invoice screen after selling an item I am met with a dim screen and a circle that goes round and round and round--doesn't stop and I am unable to leave the screen without cancelling out.

EBAY support could, or would, not help.  Any ideas?

Other than clearing history and cache I don’t have any suggestions on how to fix it.   An invoice is automatically sent by eBay so in most cases there’s no reason to send one yourself.
