Invoice customer or repurchase?

I am trying to decide what is the easiest way to have a customer repurchase or invoiced of an item that  was lost  in the USPS system for over 30 days. The customer canceled  at 3 weeks for full refund. I submitted a lost package search with USPS for return to me not the customer but USPS delivered to customer instead. The customer  received the item Tuesday and would like to repurchase it now & be invoiced. What's the best way for this to happen? Thanks for any help with this?

Invoice customer or repurchase?

Lucky you got a nice buyer.

You want to make it as easy as possible........

Create a custom listing, Local Pickup Only, amount = the amount the two of you have agreed upon.

They can buy/pay for that order and then you can Mark As Picked Up.

It's easy for the buyer and 100% ok with eBay because they get back the fees they refunded the on the INR.

In theory you can ask them for an alternate payment method like PayPal, Venmo etc, I like that option because there will be no eBay fees but on the other hand I don't like that option because it could be misinterpreted as being an attempt at an off eBay transaction. After the fact you could probably convince eBay it was ok but who needs to go through all that hassle.
