Invoice Issues / Can't send invoice for multiple items

I have been trying for three days to send invoices to customers for multiple items and I keep receiving an error message "Something went wrong - Try Again Later".  After looking thorough the messages herein, I found that others are experiencing the same difficulty and that it has been going on for 10 days.  I finally called customer service and was told that they are aware of the problem and they would add my complaint to the fix-it ticket.  The representative said that by adding my complaint it would move the ticket up in priority.  When I asked her what she meant, she said the more sellers that complain moves the ticket up the priority.  She added  that ticket priority is based on how many complaints they receive about a particular issue or how relevant it is to overall users.  Thus, even though the ticket may move up the list, there may be a multitude of tickets with higher priority above it.  The "priority status" is not only based on how many users complain about an issue but also takes into account what the tech team deems as "vital" or "of great consequence to overall users" of the website.  So, you can complain about something but that doesn't mean its going to get fixed right away.  I've been selling on Ebay for over 20 years and it seems to be getting worse and worse all the way around.  Every time we turn around they are taking more of our money for "fees", setting new requirements for listings, and not improving the experience for us sellers.   They pay us lip service in their seller announcements of "new upgrades" and "seller agreement" changes but that is all they are doing.  However, with all that said, I don't know what other selling platform is any better.  They are all designed to make the stock holders more money.

In the past when many sellers were receiving that message, the invoices were actually going through so it was the message that was wrong.   You can check if this is happening again by checking off ‘send me a copy’.  If you receive a copy of the invoice then you know that the buyer did as well.

There have been many threads about this for weeks.

velvet replied on one of the threads that this has recently been fixed.

Maybe log out and back in and try again.

PAY ATTENTION eBay executives, members of the Leadership Team, and investors doing on the ground research about this company.. This LONG RUNNING error in the code IS A FINE EXAMPLE as just how out of touch the current leadership is, if anyone of the top people at eBay had ever BEEN AN ACTUAL eBay SELLER, this problem would have been fixed. The reason sellers are LEAVING is not the tax issues. The reason(s) ARE THE HIGH FEES, MANAGED PAYMENT SLOWNESS, THE FACT THIS VENUE HAS BECOME HARD TO USE AND RISKY, TERRIBLE SUPPORT AND THE INPUT OF THE PROFESSIONAL SELLERS IS IGNORED.. If changes aren't made in the leadership this venue is doomed...
