Inventory not showing up in store

2/3 of my inventory is not showing up in my store.  Has anyone else had this problem? And how was it fixed?

How many items should there be?

It looks like all the adult verification required items don't show in the store, along with others that are similar - as if there is a "prude" filter in place for the store.

Wild speculating: may be that eBay has no adult verification mechanism available for the new stores, so anything "questionable" is hidden?

There should be about 370 tems in the store.  We've had the store up and running fine for several years now.  A lot of the inventory is adult magazines and dvd's, but there also some "regular" items not showing either.  Customer service "fixed" the problem yesterday, but it's still not working properly today???
