 So, I did a little further digging and found this tweet.....amazing what people come up with.  Ann

 Call for startup: a browser plugin that removes @google ads & replaced them with Amazon affiliate links! Would google sue? Would they win?

I hate *junk mail* regardless of how it's delivered to me.. snail mail, telephone or email.

I think what you've found there is a scam followed by a blue-sky proposal. I don't think Google would lose much sleep worrying about either one. The spam is not new, and the proposal is not original.

Anybody who puts 'Google' in 'quotes' as if its a new word theyve never seen before does not sound like an expert to me. Not to mention 'Proposal' and 'Pricing' and overall bad English. What are they supposed to be experts in? It doesnt show.
