Insertion fees wrongly charged by ebaymag

On May 1 & 2 I have been charged with a large number of insertion fees by ebaymag while I have 400 free listings and never opted in for paid insertion fees. Ebaymag admitted the mistake and directed me to CS for a refund.

Now the circus starts: CS keeps asking me for tons of screenshots of every (!) transaction involved, both from the ebaymag side as the money account side. A simple query by someone from eBay should do the trick.

I am desperate since nobody seems to do the right thing: simply pay my money back. This is extremely frustrating.

Ok thank you. I contacted them on Facebook now. 
I did not call them on phone. They believed me that they will call me for about 10 times, but they did not call me. 
There was a link to call them back, but there was no phone number or anything for a phone call.
They only promise in emailings to me but do not work on anything about the promised refund.
