Insertion Fees

Hello. I have been selling since 2020 with most of my items being posted where it's 'good until cancelled ' within the 250 zero insertion fee posts for a month. I have not gotten charged insertion fees for those to relist until this month.  I have contacted eBay 4 times already and they are telling me this is the policy but cannot show me the policy. Is anyone else is having this issue?

These "renew" every month and are charged against the 250.

You have 920 items listed (you would be charged for anything over 250).    Because all listing rollover every month (only first 250 is free).   You cannot ADD extra 250 every month and expect it to be free (you only get 250 free TOTAL).
