Insertion Fees

I am sure many remember the glitch last month some of us had on Fixed Price Insertions.  Because of the glitch, insertions that should have been part of my 10,000 came out of my 1,000.  We were told that if we went over our 1,000 and were charged insertion fees they would credited.  I went over on the last day and 12.25, 49 items at .25, was deducted from my payout today.  We were told that this would automatically be credited but I am wondering if I need to spend my day on the phone with "customer service"
