I've read the announcement from eBay about insertion fees and I'm very confused.
"Starting August 1, 2020, you will get a permanent increase in monthly zero insertion fee listings so you can continue to introduce, test, and sell new inventory. These changes will be available to all eBay sellers and you don’t need to take any action."
It then lists 'non-store' (which I'm guessing is a business seller without a store) and states '200 auction or fixed price listings'.
I could list 200 auctions without insertion fees in September, but in October I get a £0.36 insertion fee whenever I either create an auction or fixed price listing. Am I doing something wrong or just misreading eBay's announcement?

Thanks in advance.

You are quoting eBay.com, which is the US site, and this is the discussion board for users in the US. The fee structure for members in the UK is usually different, so you need to look that up.

Thanks, as I managed to login to this site using my UK account I'd assumed it was all linked.
