Insertion Fee in Invoice

I know I need to call customer service to get this corrected.

Just want to mention on here that I just got charged 2 insertion fees for last month's billing.

For about a year now I have never gone over listing cap. (I have 1st level store subscrip.)

I have never been charged a listing fee.

Maybe a glitch?

Point, Everyone should always "look" at their invoices 🙂

p.s. It's .60 cents in question.. It's just the point so they know there is a glitch, and hopefully not, a sneaky "add-on" for account invoices.

Issue was reported on the 31st on both dot com and dot ca. Not sure if a ticket has been opened for this.
