ih been selling at ebay for last 8 years im 99% seller - and first time ever i got restricted for selling about this new policy Inr service metrck with 1.30% not received parcel (6)- but i have most cases closed in my favour because of most of them was unclaimed and i have just 1 case closed agaist me ! However ebay found 6 cases and closed my selling,they couldnt show me which cases they found in my fault ,becase i have not these at all -- It seems to be very hard times wil be for sellers from 24 july with this new policy --they will count Opened cases no matter if you right or not here! I completely not agree this is fair for sellers because of The fact OF OPENING CASES can be from accidental opening to just trying to get money back from the seller when the parcel is received-in any case seller will be at fault .
