I'm new to eBay, and recently wanted to start selling some of my used items. For the first one I put a Bose headphone on my list (and set the price at around 75 USD), after completing all the information and details I clicked "Submit Listing", but received a warning saying that my account is currently ineligible to sell this type of item. I'm so confused, this is my first item, is that becuase my account does not have enough credit or there is any region restrictions since my product is in China? Hope someone can tell me why...

All new sellers will have limits and restrictions placed on how much they can sell, and what categories they can sell within.
You were probably restricted because you are attempting to sell an item that eBay considers high risk, or highly likely to be fraudulent ... being based in China (a source of a lot of fraud, counterfeits, and dishonest selling practices) probably also factors into your restriction.
You could eventually sell this item, but you would first need to establish a track record on eBay. More info here:

Your product is listed from China and you are trying to sell Bose headphones ? That would be a HUGE red flag.

Is your item a legitimate Bose product?
I do not believe Bose manufactures anything outside the USA and Mexico, so eBay might be wary of a new seller with Bose products being sold from China ...
... especially since Bose products are known to be counterfeited in China:

Try listing something that's not regularly counterfeited

Where would they get products that are not regularly counterfeited?
