Incorrect Info on Ebay

Is anyone else having problems with their listings or any other info being inaccurate lately? A week or so ago I was checking to make sure my available qty were accurate on a listing of mine and discovered that somehow the qty available had change back to what they were when the listing started. Today I went to print a shipping label and couldn't find the item. So I started looking and found the listing twice. At first I thought I had screwed up and listed the item twice. But then I noticed that it was the same listing #, and there was even the tracking ID#, but it still showed I needed to print the shipping label. As if that weren't odd enough, last week I mailed out 3 packages. I saw the postman pick them up. Later that night, one of the buyers msg me saying that it was showing her as having been delivered, that day, to what is my hometown. Turns out all 3 said the very same thing, delivered to me that day! (ironically, the delivered time was about the time my mailman picked up the packages) I've never had that happen before either, and I've been selling for years. I thought maybe it was a PO issue, but with the other strange things happening on ebay, I'm not sure. The packages eventually ended up in the right place thank goodness. So I am left wondering if it is just me, or is anyone else having problems??

Not sure about the others, but this one happens occasionally. There is  a switch on the scan gun which changes from "delivered" to "picked up".  If your carrier sets it wrong, this is the result you get.

It can cause problems for sure.

Incorrect Info on Ebay

As long as I can remember, which goes way back, sellers on ebay have complained that ebay would relist things which had been sold.

USPS will keep showing the tracking if you look on the USPS site for it.

Ebay may/may not stop showing any updates after 'Delivered', however. Just tell the buyer who asked(and the other 2, if they ask) to track it via USPS or set themselves up for the email updates.

And recently there have been a rash of complaints regarding the quantity available on a MQ listing being changed. You may need to email ebay and get your name on the 'list' so you don't get nailed for an OOS cancellation.
