How much did you pay for the shipping? The listing says $5.00 shipping to the mid-West, but I don't think you can ship it anywhere for that much. You didn't give enough information to calculate the fees precisely, but the most likely explanation is that the $20.00 extra deduction was for the shipping label.
Other possibilities would be a promoted-listing fee, the reserve-price fee (if it was an auction, but it wasn't), or other listing-upgrade fees for other listings (but I don't see any other listings on your account).
