Hello,
I forgot if a buyer can leave feedback if I have to cancel a sale. I got an order where it goes to "Austin Peay Hwy" in a city...that's it. And even if buyer contacts me with complete address I should not send it out?
I can't send an item on a highway. LOL.
It sounds like there's no one at the helm🚢.
I also got a "a bid for the listing below was canceled" as well. But it's not an auction...it's a buy it now.
Sale was on May 22nd. Person had feedback but never purchased stamps. I get a few of these like every month.

You should be able to cancel as "Problem with buyer's address" very accurately in that case. Whether they can leave feedback, though... well, all indications are yes. Recently eBay said they would start removing buyer-initiated cancellation related feedback, but that's not what that is. I don't know for sure, but I wouldn't count on them not being able to leave feedback. I wouldn't stress too much either, but they might be able to.

All you're missing is the building number. I'd ask the buyer for the missing number and if they send it, go ahead and ship.

FWIW, I googled "homes for sale on Austin Peay Hwy" and it's a legitimate street in Millington/Memphis, TN with houses on it.

If your buyer responds with the house/building number, I'd send it out. You hand address all your envelopes anyway and use stamps, so you're not missing any benefit from using the address exactly as supplied in the sales order.
Although you could have a tool like the one I had last week.
Buyer orders something, gives a street address, I send, it comes back. I contacted the buyer and told her the process is to refund for the item, but not the shipping, but since she's new and just starting out buying on ebay (with FB of 3), I would reship at my expense as a courtesy, and she can straighten out her address on eBay.
I get no response. A week later I message again. Tell her I'm not doing anything without instructions, if she doesn't contact me, I'm just going to hold the item indefinitely (which basically means a very long time), that usually gets them to give an address correction.
No response from that.
Then a few days ago she messages me that she never got her item, and I'd better check the address and see what's happening because she has a PO Box for USPS and a street address for FedEx/UPS, and I should check to see that I'm using the right one.
I informed her that I wrote to her twice about this already (like she's even reading my third message), and she needs to straighten out her address on eBay if she's going to keep buying things because sellers don't have to refund shipping if she gives a bad address. I did reship her item as a courtesy, but only because I don't like the idea of new buyers getting a bad impression of eBay and going away. I'm not sure that was deserved response since it's obvious she wasn't reading my messages (but had no problem sending messages to me).

If I get a total address I don't mind mailing it out.
I kinda think I won't though.
Buyer has one old feedback...can't believe a seller mailed item to them. Seller probably just printed a eBay label without checking it out.
I also like how some "freight forward" buyers change the address a bit.
"Historically Doral", Florida. LOL.
