In-equality in Rejection of Listings

I had a listing for an item I was selling that was rejected due to violating eBay's so-called policies, yet I see other listings (i.e. item number 196138870299) for the same type of product that eBay continues to allow.  I claim discrimination in eBay policy enforcement!  I would like to call and have eBay discuss this with me but eBay does not provide anyway to contact them via phone calls.  I am getting frustrated at how eBay treats me as a customer.   Glen Wolf

If it's any consolation, you can 'Report this item' on every listing. It's to the right of the Item/Shipping tabs.

Removal of listings for policy violations is NOT discrimination.

Because yours are removed and others have not been (yet) is NOT discrimination.

eBay or the Bots know nothing about you as a person so it can not be discrimination.

Now that would be a total waste of your time.

The system doesn't know you from a can of green beans so I doubt there could be discrimination. People do things all the time and never get caught or punished while others get caught and punished... it isn't right but that is how it goes sometimes. What exactly do you think they would be discriminating against you for? Throwing claims like that around is what help makes real discrimination cases in this world automatically get a side eye.
