Improved shipping label experience, new payout timing options, and more?

I just got this email from eBay, but despite the subject suggesting there would be new payout timing options, the body of the email doesn't mention anything about it.

Did anyone else get this? tyler@ebay  - are we really getting new payout timing options or was that subject line a mistake?

I'm also confused because paying for labels from pending Managed Payments is not a new thing for US accounts - we've had that option for over a year. 🤔

Not sure if this is related, but for some reason when I print multiple labels, it defaults to Paypal as the payment source, even though I have selected and have been using pending payments for a long time. This just started this week, along with the many other surprises that sellers have been discovering.
