Why when I have immediate payment on buy it now items & I accept an offer, eBay doesn't make that an immediate payment? I have immediately accepted offers & then they disappear & no payment. Also, then it won't let me post neg feedback , only positive. Tired of deadbeat buyers wasting my time & high fees on stuff i do sell that ebay should not be intitled to , ready to call it quits after 20+ years 😞 thank you!

eBay doesn't make that an immediate payment?
Only some buyers are required to submit a payment source to be immediately charged before they can even make an offer. Most buyers are not yet enrolled. When the program started your Manage Buyer preferences were set to YES (require immediate payment for offers) but it doesn't do any good until the BUYER ID is auto enrolled.
All buyer ID's have 100% feedback, be they wonderful transaction partners or the biggest scam artists on the site. Buyers can only receive the green donut reviews from sellers. It has been that way for years.

You can't leave a negative for a buyer. Yes, I know, some do deserve them, but ebay cut that option off years ago. Are you sure you have the "immediate payment required" box checked off in your listings? It's right where the price of shipping is located. You may want to double check. I myself stopped adding the "best offer" to my items because of similar problems like you were experiencing. I like to make money, not chase it. Sorry this was your situation. It's a daily complaint here on these boards. Hang in there.

My personal feeling is that a non-paying buyer is the least of my issues with Ebay.
