Immediate payment required and sending offers -

If I have immediate payment required and send on offer to watchers, do they still have to pay immediately or is it the same as normal best offers?

Its my understanding that immediate payment required is with buy it now only. If seller to buyer offers appear as a buy it now then its possible but highly unlikely. I know for sure my counter offers to buyers do not get immediate payment as i have 2 past due now.
