Dear Ebay support team,

For the last 3 weeks, I have  been trying to list my item on ebay to sell as a casual seller, and  uploaded and submitted All the required documents, like photo of my ID, photo of rental cotract, photo of electricity bill, and photo of bank statement with my name and address,    but both Ebay China verification team and Hongkong representative told me that my submitted documents are insufficient and they can't verify my address, THIS IS RIDICULOUS,    this does not make sense at all, I was also told that, rental contract can no longer be used as verification documents, how come?  rental contract is a legal document that has my actual address and name on it, which can be used to verify my address and name, but they are ignoring this legal document, and it makes no sense, the bank statement, can also prove my address, which is the same as my address on ebay,

can someone help me fix this ?

You reached the EBAY "chat room" in the United States where Sellers can ask questions and share information.   EBAY support team does not read these posts.

I am not sure what identification is required of Sellers in China.   Only thing I know is that NAME on your EBAY profile page and all the identification you provided must be an EXACT MATCH.    Must be your legal name.

Perhaps another Seller can offer you a better solution.

Ebay support team isn't here. We are a community of your peers who answer questions and give advice. You need to get in contact with customer service through chat box and have an agent call you back.
