Images Upload Issue

Hi,

I was trying to upload images for the listings. However receiving the Error 37 which says "Error - Input data for tag Item.PictureDetails.PictureURL is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation."

I have checked the URLs they are working fine. Could anyone help me to resolve the issue?

Hi Brennan

Question?  Are you listing these items as new or pre owned? Reason I am asking is there have been quite a few changes here on eBay in the last week or so.  If you are listing them as pre owned,  there may be a feature that no longer allows stock photos to be inserted.  Grant it, I'm just taking a guess here, but you never know.  eBay isn't real transparent about announcing new or changed features.

How are you uploading them?  Are you using the listing page and choose "Upload photos from link" or is this via a file upload with multiple items in one file?

Edit: Also, are the links showing .jpg/.png, etc, some image format that's supported as the very end of the link?  It may not play nice with shortened links or ones that have extra information at the end.
