Thought I'd ask here before I wait on hold.

I accidentally made a spelling error in it.

Personally, I would wait out the 30 days and not spend any time on calling. Until you pointed it out, I didn't even notice the spelling.

I don't think I ever look at a seller's name unless I have a problem with them.

How to change your user ID

Go to the change user ID page and enter the new user ID you'd like to use.

(you don't have to call eBay to do this... just click on that link and go in and correct the spelling of your user name. easy peasy. )

OP did that two days ago and made a spelling error. They can't change it again for another 28 days, unless eBay assists.

Thank you. I didn't know of the name change 2 days ago... probably in another post here that I missed. Yeah, in that case, you either call eBay and see IF they can help here, or wait 'til you're into your next 30-day period to make the change.
