When you're selling on eBay, you're already not dealing with PayPal.

You can close your PayPal account and everything will be fine. You have to be on eBay Managed Payments to get paid.

Are you registered to receive payments through Managed Payments?
You need a chequing account in a bank in your own country. You may be asked for secondary identification. I used my passport. DH used his driving license. US residents may be required to give their SSN or ITFN.

All the names on all the accounts must match exactly.

If your name is John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith, you cannot have a bank account as J J  Jingleheimer Smith , a Managed Payment account as John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith, and an eBay account as JJJ Smith.

EBay accepts payments on your behalf through PP, ApplePay, GooglePay and credit cards. The money is transferred to your chequing account every Tuesday.

You cannot at this time use the funds in your MP account for purchases.

If you have had a Claim through PP in the past, you can win an INR claim by supplying eBay with Proof of Delivery.

If you have a Not As Described  Claim, you can win by demanding the return of the purchase. PP will insist that the buyer pay return shipping. Most won't and you win.

Basically the same with credit card chargebacks.

You're not "dealing" with PayPal.

Ebay accepts PayPal from buyers and then passes the money on to you.

When you gat paid, you have no idea how the customer paid - 

Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal or Visa.

So why do you not want to "deal" with PayPal?
