I sincerely doubt that's the problem. Did you receive an error message or an email from eBay explaining the problem?

No not really, some trustful sites show that my IP get listed on blacklist sometimes, is it a problem to my eBay account?

If you receive an "Access Denied" error message when trying to check out on eBay, your IP-address may have been blocked by eBay using software tools provided by Akamai.

There is a client reputation lookup that may allow you to see if there are problems associated with your own IP-address.
