This is directly for eBay higher departments, who make the decisions on new policies and what not.
You do realise that this INR policy you just implemented will affect so many good sellers that do not deserve their accounts blocked.
You do realize that there are many shady buyers who just take advantage of tracking number delays and minor mistakes just to get freebies, right?
If I get INR cases open against me AND WIN THEM, how does that count as bad metrics?
What am I supposed to do when a customer just wants to get a free item and tries to scam me?
This policy is ANTI-SELLER.
Please reconsider your decision.

same thing just happened with me , buyers need free items , orders delivered even before estimated delivery dates , they open INR case , ebay close them in my favor, then restrict me in selling in US corredor , why ? because I had high number of cases , ok dear ebay , but I did my part in sending the items ,!!! restricting me doesn't make sense , !!! when you contact ebay chat they copie and past things doesn't have nothing with my case , no one to speak with , you see how ebay reward thier sellers, imagine since 2017 hardworking here then they with one click end you , you have no rights to appeal no defend yourself , I will migrate this website forever
