INR nightmare continues -
buyer opened INR case, then closed the same day or a bit later. INR recorded - bad statistics increased. BUT - item was delivered. At this moment average market to US - 2,2%. This means if 2 or 3 packets of 100 were delayed - shop is closed. What is happening??????
At this moment average market delays to Germany - 0,8%. This means if 1 (!!!) packet of 100 was delayed - shop is closed. What is happening????????????????!!
Various strikes - delays - wars at the moment... Why eBay do such things at such a hard moment?

My heart goes out to you. Ebay changed the rules on International sellers and INRs last year. We here can't help you with it at all, sorry to say.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Correct, any cases opened at all are still reflected in your service metrics, its been this way for a very long time. Even if they close the case, it always shows up in my metrics regardless.
Get enough cases opened and ebay will start charging you inflated fees.
There's nothing fair about it, its pure greed as usual on ebays part.

It is significantly different for international buyers. Their benchmarks are much lower than they are for US sellers. IDK that Ebay takes the step of penalty fees with international sellers, but in the past several months it appears they are simply suspending them.

2 INR’s in 221 transactions bringing my % to .90 verses eBay claiming my peers are at .13%. As a reward eBay had removed my ability to retain a % of damaged returns. This is so egregious there are no words.
I feel bad for what you are going through. This policy is completely f’d.

In more than 15 years it were no such things.. Had nice listings, quality photos made with pro Canon EOS 5D + studio equipment, always a warranty for buyers - if some non-working part - was replacing, most often for free (including shipping)... Was thinking it's some kind a beauty for eBay... But now seems everything is destroyed.
