I’m at a loss and trying to figure out what to do. Quick rundown of what I went through and had lots of conversations with CS and one of the last ones they told me it was escalated and to be patient.
So I waited and waited. And nothing. Since than I have contacted again and they say it was escalated and will get a email in 24-48hr and than never receive an email.
I wouldn’t care as much but it’s a lot of money and I did nothing wrong at all. The Freight package was delayed because inclement weather. I have evidence to show the transaction was finalized with no complaints about the item etc. and also transcripts and emails from ebay telling me to disregard the automated email in the beginning and it was automatically escalated don't worry we have the information that it shows he got it so the case will be sided in your favor. Than it wasn't because they said tracking issues. Even though i gave it to the buyer and at least 2 different locations with ebay on top of the delivery signature that shows the buyers name.
Any input on how to resolve this I would be grateful
