I shipped an item through the Global Shipping Program in January 2022 and just received an Item Not Received case. The only options eBay gives me is send a message to buyer, update tracking or send refund. Surely this is not eligible for a refund over 5 months later, right? I was also under the impression that the GSP handles INR issues like this so that sellers don't have to deal with foreign shipping companies.
Please advise! I can not, for the life of me, find a way to contact a human person at eBay for assistance. The phone number provided doesn't work and the system won't accept my email because the item number is closed. (the sale is closed and yet they can still open a case...weird)

@coffeerun You can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message, and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem. They have access to your account and are very good at responding. Best of luck to you....

Contact Customer support and have them direct you to contact global...If you still have the tracking number you also need to enter it into the case.
