INR but buyer filed return

A buyer is complaining that the package didnt arrive yet. Tracking shows that the package was "out for delivery" but later that day shows "return to sender".

I told them to check with the PO. Then the buyer just files a return saying "missing parts or pieces". What do i do?

If tracking shows return to sender, they lose their MBG protection.
