Hey All,
Looking for clarification regarding the INFORM Consumers Act. At this link, https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/resources/inform-consumers-act It states:
"If you reach an annual total revenue of $20,000, we’re required to include your name (or company name) and full physical address in purchase confirmation emails and order details."
I have NOT reached that revenue level. However, my full name & address DOES show on my packing slips. Please forgive my confusion, but, based on me NOT being at the $20,000.00 level, shouldn't my full info NOT show? I understand I can make an exemption request, but isn't that only if I do sell $20,000.00 or more per year?
My Bottom-line Question: Even if I am NOT at the higher levels mentioned in the article, can I still request an exemption, so that only my city & state show?
Thank u for your help. 😁
Tom

If your shipping address is not on the shipping label then if the package doesn't get delivered for some reason it would not get returned to you. Are you OK with that?
