IN THE LAST 10 DAYS I HAVE HAD 2 ITEMS SELL FOR LESS THAN THE BUY IT NOW PRICE HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN ?

WHEN I WAS DOING MY BOOKS I FOUND 2 ITEMS THAT SOLD WERE FOR LESS THAN MY BUY IT NOW PRICE AND I SENT THEM NO OFFERS HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN ? THIS IS JUST IN THE LAST 10 DAYS . IS SOMEONE HACKING THE EBAY SYSTEM I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT EBAY BUT I GUESS YOU CAN NO LONGER SPEAK TO A REP. I EVEN NOTED FRAUD IN THE PHONE CALL AND ALL IT SAYS IS GOOD BYE DOES EBAY NO LONGER OFFER ACTUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ?

When I was listing yesterday, I filled in my BIN price $26.99, filled in the accept offer box at 24.00,  moved on down the page filling the other variables, then remembered something I wanted to put in title, as I scrolled back up I noticed my BIN price had changed to $22.00 !!  That may be what happened to you, and like you, I have recently had some items sell for less than the price I'm sure I listed at or offered at...  Glitches? - I don't know, but now before I click on List, I'm double checking to make sure the BIN price stayed at what I entered...

It is possible that you have "automatic send offer" turned on and customer accepted offer for lower price.   If you use "sell similar or APP it is possible this was "turned on" and you are not even aware of it.

Go to ACTIVE LISTING

-Click on FILTERS (select OFFERS)

-Click on OFFERS SENDING AUTOMATICALLY (click on SEE RESULTS...this will show listings that have auto offers turned on).    To "turn off" follow steps below.

Go to ACTIVE LISTING (go to problem listing)

-Click EDIT

-OFFERS (turn off auto offers)
