I would like to apply for the use of forward deployed inventory.

I am in Sri Lanka, and I'd like to ship as the item location is in USA. Do I just send ebay an email to apply for it? How long would it take, thanks in advance guys!

Beyond my pay grade.  Info here, though I didn't read it myself:

This has been asked before. Just search this board for forward deployed inventory

"If it sold FAST, it was priced too low" - also Reese Palley

Are you talking about dropshipping?

Have a great day.

Well, it's  still dropshipping which never ends well for Sri Lankans if you have low sales when you start out dropshipping.

I recommend you make many more sales before you dropship so your account can take the defects. Because you will get defects when you dropship.

Why is that? You have no way of knowing the quality of the items. You can't  really answer questions if you don't have it in your hands.  You won't  know when it goes out of stock. Out of stock cancellations can cause you to lose your selling privileges.

People still know it's  delivered to US warehouses by dropshippers from China. Many of us stay away from  items listed with stock photos because we know you don't  have the item.

i look as dropshippers as middlemen with no money invested in the  products.  To a lot of people they think that's a get rich fast scheme.   Sorry, I don't  sugarcoat but I do want to discourage you from dropshipping.

And I'm not a Greta but I personally think for the sake of the Universe we don't need more cheap junk ftom China that ends up in our landfills and oceans.
